Last night was the Ward's Chili Cook-off. We haven't been at all in the last two years. It was a lot of fun with really good food. Now I'm going to brag just a little: We Won! Adrian wanted to do a BBQ chili so he smoked a beef brisket and then I made up the rest of the recipe. Score for making up a recipe on the fly. Now hears to trying to do it again!

Yum! I had it and it WAS good! So good to have a bbq flavor instead of the traditional chili flavor! Nice job!
